12 Physical Education 1
This course extends the skills gained in Level 1. In semester 1 you will have the opportunity to apply social responsibility in a sporting context and apply biophysical principles to improve performance.

Course Components
- Learn and apply biophysical principles to improve sports performance
- Improve social responsibility in a competitive sporting context
This course is split into two semesters: you can take just one course or both
Course Overview
Term 1
Develop Ultimate Frisbee skills and demonstrate social responsibility in games
Term 2
Develop Korfball skills and participate in a training programme to enhance performance in korfball games
Term 3
Contribute to the organisation of a recreation event in the school. Apply principles of biomechanics and skills learning to learn an unfamiliar skill
Term 4
Apply principles of biomechanics and skills to learning to learn an unfamiliar skill
