12 Financial Life Skills
This course will provide you with a good understanding of financial literacy and how your own personal finances can affect your life. It will teach you about budgeting and managing money, and how significant life events can impact this. We explore the themes of managing money and income, setting financial goals, and managing financial risk.

- Understanding employment and taxation
Course Overview
Term 1
In Term 1, students will be learning how significant life events can affect their personal income at different life stages, and about personal financial savings and investment options.
Term 2
In Term 2, students will be learning about different banking products and services in relation to their personal finances. Students will also learn how to write a budget and set a financial goal.
Term 3
In Term 3, students will be learning about various insurance products as financial risk management strategies, and taxation and deductions that are related to personal income.
