12 Business Studies
SEMESTER ONE COURSE
Business for beginners: get started on your pathway to business success and gain real world entrepreneurial experience.
Course Components
- Gain practical experience in operating a business as part of a group, creating a product, and selling it
- Managing debt and KiwiSaver
- Develop creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Visit a local business to learn firsthand about starting a business
This course is split into two semesters: students can take just one course or both.
Course Overview
Term 1
Throughout Term 1 and Term 2 we will be running our businesses in a group. Our first sales day will be end of Term.
Term 2
Throughout Term 1 and Term 2 we will be running our businesses in a group. Our first sales day will be end of Term.
